My name is Virgil Aponte. I’ve been a group fitness instructor here in New York and have helped thousands achieve there goals since 1994.

I’ve worked with elite professional athletes in Major League Baseball & The Women’s National Basketball Association and also wrote The Ultimate Stair Exercises for Fitness & Weight Loss and The No Gym Necessary Workout Program.
