Legs & Conditioning Like Basketball Players

As many people watch the Celtics & Lakers playing for the NBA Title I’m sure you can what amazing shape these athletes are in.

Of course lots or running and jumping will do this for people.

And while most people are quick to add running to a fitness program most don’t add jumping.

Here’s a great exercise that will take care of that:

    Olympic Coverage many years ago, maybe as long as 72, I saw Bulgarian or Eastern Block weightlifters doing stair exercises. As I remember, one was doing squat jumps up the stairs – each step or every other step, but done in a low squat. I would like to find video of that.

    Stairs are a key ingredient for many elite athletes Ernie and for good reason.

    They will help you build strength, power and conditioning ;)
