I can’t afford it is not an excuse!!!

Biggest loser trainer, Jillian Michael’s says not you’ll spend a lot less money on exercise
then what you will pay for the medical problems associated with not taking care of yourself.

Great point: You either pay now or pay a lot more later. A lot more…

Another thing is that exercise or optimal nutrition does not have to cost you an arm and a leg.

Optimal nutrition via organic veggies, free ranges eggs are not very expensive. Free range
chicken, beef, raw milk can cost more but are just so much better for you.

Remember pay now or pay later.

Do your research to find the best choices in your area as well. In NYC I use the
Traditional Nutrition Guild for high quality meats, eggs, raw milk, raw butter etc…

Here I get high quality fresh food (right the farm almost) at very reasonable prices.

A gym is certainly not necessary though nice to have access to.

Danette Head dedicates an entire book “Exercise Without Effort” to finding exercise
that fits right into your daily schedule.

No money needed here: How about these low cost or even free exercises that Danette
recommends:

Walking
Taking the Stairs: You know I love this one :)
Washing your car
Skipping Rope
House or Garden Work
Scrap the Car & Ride Your Bike
Try Yoga, Stretching or Body Weight Training

So do you still think I can’t afford it is not excuse.

If you do I suggest 1 of 2 things.

1. Try the above suggestions
2. Look yourself in the mirror and say to yourself:

“I am 100% responsible for my health, how I look, how I feel and
any excuses takes me further away from my goals”
