Basic nutrition - you need saturated fats to help digest protein and to absorb fat-soluble vitamins.  I never could understand the mainstream fitness/diet push to eat egg white omelets and boneless, skinless chicken breasts.  Doesn&#039;t anybody enjoy eating real food anymore?  The way God intended.</description>
