    Your staircase ex. regime is very handy.Your frequent updates help me to remain focused as and when I tend to slacken up. Would it be possible for me to download it in a CD format?
    The staircase ex. help me tone up my legs, thighs and hips, however I have a lower ab and midriff problem. these r my stubborn areas which just don’t seem to budge even after months….can u send some specific ex. for this

    Hey Ritu

    You can download the stairs program as a pdf file and it includes online videos which you can also download to your PC or Mac. Hope that helps.

    Make sure to train your entire body to lose stomach fat (direct exercises won’t reduce your waist)

    A full routine combined with a proper diet is the way to go :)
