Instead of cardio intervals try this….
Research study after research study, as well as the real life results from 1000’s of individuals, has validated the claim that interval training is the king of cardio.
We know that weight training is our most powerful weapon for burning stomach fat, even more powerful than interval cardio.
The problem is, traditional interval training doesn’t work when you try it with weights.
Interval training as we know it, waving patterns of 30-60 seconds of high intensity alternated with equal time of lower intensity, can’t be combined with traditional weight training.
For starters, when you take someone and tell them that they have to perform as many reps as possible in 60 seconds, they will likely perform their reps with a bad form. Not only does that equal a lower amount of fat loss but it just wastes your time.
Now combine that with weights and you have greatly increased your chance of injury. There’s no way that a traditional interval training program can work with strength training, that is, unless they are pace intervals.
To be honest with you, I stumbled onto this idea when I was training a client one day. We were able to get a full body workout in just 12 minutes.
I kid you not.
Listen, I hate all the hype that you see on the internet these days.
I hesitated even sharing pace intervals with the world because I didn’t want to get lumped into that category but I knew that you deserved a better fat loss method.
Pace intervals are simple.
You take 3 full body movements,
here’s an example
1)Squats
2)Squats with a shoulder press
3)Bent over row
You perform all three movements in a row.
How is that more effective than a complex or circuit training?
Well that’s where Pace intervals come into play.
They take those three movements and turn up the intensity.

You have nothing to lose!
I even include a special 2010 quickstart nutrition guide to help you accelerate your fat loss.
On top of that, you get uncensored access to the creator of the program, Jimmy Smith.

Interesting. I’ve done similar type workouts where I chose 3 or 4 exercises (alternating upper and lower body) and complete them back to back for a total of 4 circuits.

I’m not familiar with Dr. Sear’s Program
This is totally Dr. Sear’s P.A.C.E. program. Shame on you. At least have the decency to give credit where its due.
Up until yourself and Coach Yari I’ve not heard of Dr. Sear’s program.

So if you have a problem with that I’d check with him.
