In 2010 I am going to make major changes in my life; in the first place I will start a line of work that will let me develop my full potencial, then I will really start the exercise program I need to develop my full physical potential and in my life I will get to know the female partner that will fill the other half of me.

I am Kevin Lin, and I’m 19 years old.
My goals for 2010 is to lose the last 10 pounds of fat beneath my abdominal and gluteal muscles and drop to my preferred weight of 150 lbs.

  14. January 1st, 2010 at 19:52 | #14

To meet my own goals so I can credibly inspire others into realistic setting and attaining of goals. Fitness has been more hard won this time around and our culture has more of a quick fix mentality. I want others to get there while forming healthy and sustainable habits.

Mine is more of a theme than a goal …

My theme for the year is Focus …

    - on the right things
    - on the right actions

… narrowing my life and activities to just a few things and doing them well.

My goals for this year are pretty reasonable, I think. They are to lose at least two inches from my waist and about 5 kilos, so that my clothes fit me better. To do that, I intend to walk more (I already go to the gym 5-6 times a week and do an hour of alternating aerobic and strength exercises) eat slightly smaller servings and drink less alcohol.

Well, I would be happy with keeping a suitable weight, considering I am not so young anymore, so every bite of food sticks on me!!
I have some problems with backaches caused by extra weight, so I have to be careful.
    Happy Athletic Year!
