I am with you. What is your goal? Then make the BEST exercise selection for the time you have in the gym. Walking lungs could be a great exercise as along as you have progressed to that exercsie and all muslces are firing.

I tend to use them as a muscle stamina challenge finisher (i.e. walking 100 yards w/ weight). Or at the end of a sequence of harder leg exercises (break down e.g. piston, tiger bend sqt., split sqt., lung).  Or as part of a squat thrust type move.</description>
