    Soda is very bad for you, the best thing to drink is water and once, one gets use to drinking water, they will love it and feel much better. It is the best cleanser for your digestive system, face (acne) ect… and water is; what best quenches your thirst.

    I certainly agree water is the way to go.

    I’m also a big fan of homemade iced tea

    I prepare it at nighte, put it in the fridge and then I add 1-2 limes to sweeten in the morning before work.

    It lasts me the whole day and is sweet enough that I don’t craze any other sweet drinks :)
