During this time of year it becomes a challenge to maintain your weight and fitness because of the big three.

Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years.

Indeed a great time of year but also a big stretch of temptations with holiday gatherings that include favorites like pumpkin pie cheesecake & your favorite after dinner alcoholic drinks.

I personally have always tried to simply exercise more during this time of year as a way of compensating for the increased cheat meals.

And it has certainly helped But some people want more

They want to challenge themselves to actually lose fat during this time.

Or they simply want the challenge of getting in amazing shape during this time.

And for that I applaud these people

What’s their motivation?

It depends on the person if you ask me

If could be a vacation, a friend’s wedding, a reunion or many other things that motivate us to be at our best.
