I started using Krill Oil because it was much simpler to take them as opposed to taking fish oil tabs or what I believed was better: Cod Liver Oil.

The reason I chose Cod Live Oil is because it was the closest to eating fish I was ever gonna get.

Now I still believe in getting the food first then going for supplements.

Always keep that in mind.

If you can get your EFA’s from fish like salmon then go for it.

Fish and me just never mixed that’s why I went with Cod Live Oil for a long time till Krill Oil came along.

Krill supps have no taste and all you need is 2 a day :)
