A great reason to exercise everyday
Personally I feel everyone should do some form of exercise each day.
And as I’ve said before it can be light exercise/activity to harder exercises like resistance training, hill sprints, stairs or whatever you are into.
And one of the biggest reasons I love this is becuae when you miss a day it’s no big deal.
For example I recently forget to bring some very important work home with me one night.
So instead of my morning walk to work the next day I drove and so I could get there early and finish my project which was due at 9AM.
Next I had to cover for an absent teach and I had to skip my 10 AM body-weight circuit.
Another thing came up after work and before you know it was 7pm and I had not exercised the entire day.
But no bid deal because on a normal day it’s usually:
8 AM Walk
10 AM Body Weight Circuit
3:45 PM Walk
5 or 6PM Hills,Stairs or Gym
Try that on for size and missing a day will never be a problem.
