Hello again :)

First of course is to wish you and your loved ones a wonderful weekend  this 4th of July.

So far so good here in Brooklyn as the weather is nice today and it looks like it will hold up this weekend as well.

Tomorrow it’s off to Prospect Park for a big family BBQ!

It does not get better than that. 

Since this weekend is a big BBQ weekend I wanted to leave you with a tough NGN workout

I’ll also leave you with an NGN reader question at the end.

In this workout you are going for 20 minutes with no rest in between each exercise.

If you are a beginner you will only do 1/2 the reps listed & rest 30-60 seconds between every 2 exercises.

Stop when you get to 20 minutes and just keep track of how many times you go through the entire circuit. 

Enjoy!

Regular Body weight Squats 20 
Body Weight Rows 15
Regular Pushups 15
Hip Extensions 20
Core Rotations 20
Lunge in Place 10 each leg
Plank Hold 30 seconds
Abdominal Curls 15 

Repeat as many times as you can until you reach 20 minutes.

What do you suggest for someone that can’t do pullups or can’t find something to pull off of?
