Do you exercise consistently but can’t lose fat

Hello again

How is your day going so far?

I hope great as mine is going well with a nice walk to the gym followed by a quick Get Fit Anywhere Medley and then a nice sauna. Then I went for a fresh juice drink at the juice bar followed by a chicken breasts & veggies :)

Now back to todays topic:

Here is a reader question from my NGN program

Dear Virgil I’ve been consistently following your NGN program for the last 4 weeks yet I’ve still to lose much weight or body fat? I’m exercising about 4 days a week is there something I’m doing wrong?

First thing first.

What are you eating because if you are going to give me only what you do physically then I really can’t help you. Half the equation is missing my friend. In fact I would say that more than half is missing and here’s why:

Most people will exercise at most 5 times a week for less than an hour. Now compare that to the fact that we all eat everyday and eat a few times a day. What you put in your mouth is always going to be a bigger part of the equation when it comes to reaching your goals. You made no mention of what you eat as if it has nothing to do with your success. Here’s what are you gonna do: You are going to list everything you eat in this week. Everything!
Send it to me via email and we will start to tackle this problem.

Speak to you in a week :)

====================

Is this your problem too?

It is for many people.

In fact Vince Delmonte of Empowered Nutrition says that 98% of the population have absolutely no idea what goes into their mouth or ever put together a written food plan. They will put together an exercise plan but not a food plan and most times that spells failure Big mistake says Vince as there is no way to out train a poor diet.
Vince even created a Done For Your Meal Plan System like no other here: http://tinyurl.com/lk5x4s

And the best part is that all the guess work is taken out You’ll know exactly what to eat, how to prepare it and exactly what to buy at the supermarket.

Well done Vince! Here’s the site once again:

And as always If you decide to buy these meal plans you get my entire NGN System Absolutely Free as an added bonus! ($77.00 Value)

I would suggest you round out your program a bit more.

Add more full body exercises like those in NGN:http://nogymnecessary.com/

And fruit for breakfast & chicken & tuna does necessarily spell a good diet.

This is too little information for me to know to really help you.

I also offer phone coaching services via email & phone: http://nogymnecessary.com/

ok, i am a fit person, but becuase i am short, i have stubborn amount of fat around my lats and my handle bars. i have tried many good sensible diets in the last 2 years. when i lost alot of my excess flab a yr ago on a low sugar /carbs diet, i lost 5 kg without any excersise, just strength training at gym. NOTHING ELSE,.. i stopped and went off the shakes and replaced the same nutrients but with using real food, and only put on the same amount of weight back, but half of it was fat and half was muscle, so that is a good thing. so as i said i am fit, but as i am short, and of moderate bone structure length, my body fat has not changed at all since i stopped that diet. i am well shaped, fit, muscled, healthy, i am vego/lacto/eggs diet, i live on protein powders that can also serve as a meal replacement if i am in a hurry, meaning they are multivitamin and protein at same time, i have tried staying away from acidic foods keeping alkaline as much as i can, ive kept away from sugars and acid drinks, i eat a moderate or less amount of fruit n veges, drink plenty of water.
