Hello again
Here’s a workout that’s quick and can be doneĀ almost anywhere.
Except the pulling of course. If you can’t find a place to pull off then simply sub in another exercise
Here goes
Regular Bodyweight Squat: As many as you can in 2 minutes
Regular Pull-ups: As many as you can
Rest 1 minute
Static Lunge: As many as you can in 30 seconds on each leg
Regular Pushup: As many as you can in 45 seconds
Abdominal Curl up: As many as you can in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Repeat this sequence 2-5 times
Make sure to record how many you do so you can try to beat your score each workout.
