At my BBQ this weekend my 6 year old nephew Antonio & his 2 buddies (Aaron & Logan) put on a dance show that was the hit of the party.

We all had a great time and were all smiles as they danced to some cool music and showed us what life is all about: 

And that is that life is meant to be enjoyed :)

Nothing like the magic of friends & family at a summer BBQ :)

We also watched the Miguel Cotto fight which was great as he barely beat Josh Clottey in a close fight…

Go Cotto! 

Next stop is pound for pound king Manny “Pac Man” Pacquiao

And how did I eat you may ask? 

Well I did not skip a beat and ate cheeseburgers, franks and drank beer. 

I also ate a few peices of the most amazing flan you could ever have.

Now is all this good for fat loss & staying lean and healthy?

Actually I think it is as well as many other fitness experts.

They are called cheat days or cheat meals.

For one they give you a break psychologically from eating clean on most days. 

And second they actually give your metabolism a boost because of the extra calories 

So is cheating necessary?

I think it is.
